In the fall of 2003, Quality Refrigeration Concepts (now called QRC) was founded by Sean Eller from Salisbury, NC.
The very first installation we did was for Master-bilt from New Albany, MS. It was a three door cooler that Sean and his wife Michelle delivered in the back of a pick up truck to a store in Hickory, NC.
At this time, Quality Refrigeration Concepts had just started, so any business they could get they would take. Sean and his wife Michelle struggled for 9 hours on a three door cooler to make sure it was in the store, leveled, not damaged, and working properly. At the time, Sean didn’t know how heavy these units were—but man did he learn.
When asked by Rick Blinson at Master-bilt how it went, he replied “smooth as silk”. Sean wanted and needed their business, and was going to do what it took to get the job done.
Two years later, the company had three warehouse facilities, 3 installation crews, and sometimes as many as 70 cabinets per week being installed they still managed to emote the same care as they did on that very first installation.
Quality Refrigeration Concepts realized their work was a direct reflection of Master-bilt, so the company put all our effort possible to making sure they installed the same quality of product that was shipped from the manufacturer.
